Tristan Brandt, former Germany's youngest 2-star chef, is a successful culinary patron of fine dining concepts worldwide. His gourmet restaurant Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt in Miami, Florida, was awarded one MICHELIN star just a few months after opening.



Niklas Oberhofer

Since 2020, Niklas Oberhofer and his mentor Tristan Brandt have been going joint ways. In 2022, their culinary accomplishments were awarded with one MICHELIN star and 17 points in Gault&Millau. At just 25 years old, Niklas Oberhofer was thus the youngest starred chef in Switzerland.
