At epoca, we serve modern cuisine based on French craftsmanship with Asian influences. Head chef Niklas Oberhofer relies on regional products from Switzerland and has explored the topic of fermentation in depth. However, sustainability and the responsible use of precious resources such as food also play a key role for him.

Under the guidance of top chef Tristan Brandt, Niklas Oberhofer became head chef at epoca by Tristan Brandt in Flims in 2020, where his culinary successes were recognized with one MICHELIN star and 17 points in Gault&Millau in 2022. Now epoca and its promising kitchen team have moved here to the upper floor of the Sonnenberg, where Niklas Oberhofer is also Executive Chef of the Sonnenberg Restaurant.
